About Topologix

Topologix is an early-stage company developing a platform to anticipate drug resistance before it emerges, for drug-discovery teams and CROs.

Why resistance

Resistance ends the useful life of many cancer drugs, antivirals and antimicrobials, yet it is rarely modelled while compounds are being designed. Potency, selectivity and ADMET all have mature prediction tools. Resistance usually waits for experimental or clinical data. We are building Topologix to give teams an early, testable estimate.

How we work

We say what each result was measured on, fix pass marks before running an evaluation, and build with design partners so that the product answers questions teams actually have. Any number on this site names the data it comes from.

Founder

Eniola Olutogun is a pharmacist and computational biologist. He trained in pharmacy before moving into computational drug discovery and computational neuroscience, and builds the Topologix models and evaluation framework.

Become a design partner

We are working with a small number of drug-discovery teams and CROs to decide what Topologix should do first. If resistance has cost you a programme, or you are trying to anticipate it in one, we would like to hear how you handle it today and what a useful prediction would look like.

Design partners can also run a blind test on their own data: send structures and mutations, keep the measurements, and score our predictions yourself. We are happy to sign an NDA first.
